Our state (South Dakota) has changed our warm up times between games to 15 minutes instead of the usual 20. I want our team to have some warm up drills on the court that will get the blood flowing a bit. Right now we do some basic layup lines and 1/2 court 3 man weave with jump shots. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I split my team into three groups to maximize time, similiar to the idea of not having people standing in lines in practice. One group shoots, one group goes through a dribbling routine and the third group stretches. They rotate after 3-4 minutes.
